1. Close Number Blast completely, then reopen it.
2. Check that your internet connection works. Switch once between Wi-Fi and mobile data if available.
3. Open Google Play Store and install the latest available Number Blast version.
4. Update the Google Play Store and Google Play Games app.
5. Verify that Google Play Games is signed in with the Google account you intend to use.
6. Restart your Android device, then try again.

If you were charged but an item is not visible, do not purchase it again immediately. Confirm that the transaction appears in your Google Play order history, use the same Google account that made the purchase, check your connection, and restart the Game. Some pending payments take time to be finalized by Google Play.

For a support request, include the Google Play order ID (it usually begins with “GPA”) and the item name. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or a full payment statement. A reward normally requires the ad provider to confirm that the video or interactive ad completed. If an ad does not load, closes early, freezes, or shows no reward:

If achievements or leaderboard scores do not appear, open Google Play Games, confirm the intended Google account is signed in, and check that your profile permits Games activity. Update Google Play Games and Number Blast, reconnect to the internet, then play one completed round before checking again. Synchronization may not be immediate.

Open Number Blast's page in Google Play Store to check for an update. If the Update button does not appear, refresh the Store, restart the device, confirm there is enough free storage, and check that the device and Android version are supported. Update availability may roll out gradually through Google Play.

First confirm that you are using the same Android device, app installation, and Google account as before. Restart the Game while connected to the internet and verify Google Play Games sign-in. Do not clear app storage or uninstall while investigating: progress may be stored locally, and those actions can permanently remove it.

If progress is still missing, send support your app version, device model, approximate last known level/coin balance, what changed before the loss, and whether Google Play Games showed you as signed in. Recovery depends on what was saved and synchronized and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Number Blast does not currently require a separate Bey Games account. Google Play Games sign-in and profile information are managed through your Google account and the Google Play Games app. To change your Games display name, avatar, privacy, or connected account, use Google's settings. Bey Games support will never ask for your Google password.
